How Ted Baker used software testing to increase conversions

It was reported recently that Ted Baker has increased conversions on its ecommerce sites by 64% year on year. Ted Baker has partly attributed its recent online success to its website launches abroad. However, it has also cited a comprehensive website revamp after extensive software testing. This overhaul had two important aims: making the website easier to navigate and optimising it for mobile.
